Simply Bracelet Review + Giveaway!

I was lucky enough to try out a bracelet by Simply Bracelet!  This one I tried is an Alex & Ani style, it is Gold with a Gold starfish charm.  If you know me, you know I am OBSESSED with this style of bracelet, and now have one in each metal tone! 

This bracelet is a little larger of a size, than the other ones(from other companies) that I own. I like that, because it is more of a bangle style. It is SO easy to slip on and off, but not too big where you worry about it falling off. SO comfy!

Honeycat Cosmetics Review!

Everyone knows that I am a LUSH junkie, so as far as bodycare, that is what I base everything off of.  I was super excited to get my hands dirty with a different brand, Honeycat Cosmetics!  (It doesn't hurt how everything is Kitty-themed. How. Freaking. Cute!)

The packaging is to die for.  You can tell they really put their hearts into each and every product.
The first product I got to try was the Amenity Kit-ty. This contained a Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion and Shower gel.

The next item I got was the Heme Dream Bath Fizzy.
This smelled AMAZING! Who doesn't love Pomegranate! This was the one product I was most interested about. I LOVED the way this one smelled.  I was aware that this had red body glitter on it, so keep that in mine when purchasing! I wish this one was a little more oily, but like I said, I am also used to Lush's Bath products.

The last item I got to review was the set of Chocolate Bath Melt Treats. AHHHH I'M IN LOVE! These guys are tiny, but they pack a PUNCH.  I really enjoy the scent of these as well. I like to cocktail these with a super scented bath bomb. These are hands down my favorite! I highly recommend these!

Soda Stream Review!

I am SO excited about this review! Nick and I have been eyeing one of these for awhile, and totally jumped at the chance to try it out for you guys!
I was SO shocked at everything that we recieved, it was HUGE boxes!
The Soda Stream Source is honestly so much sleeker than I imagined.  We live in a condo, and have lots of appliances (Hello Keurig,) and don't have a ton of counter top space.  The Source is something that can be easily tucked away.

We also got a variety of flavors to try! The root beer was mine and hubby's favorite! We also liked the convince of it, we don't drink soda a ton, but it is nice to have it there and ready for whenever you do!

I would have to say that my favorite thing about using the soda stream, is that once your CO2 tank is empty, you can take it to any retailer, and get another one half off when you trade in the old one! Heck yeah! You can find replacements conveniently at like Target, or Bed Bath and Beyond.

I find that this is an excellent thing to add to your kitchen counter whether you drink soda all the time, or just occasionally.  Not a soda drinker? They have water flavors as well!

Yoyo lipgloss is someone that I have worked with a long time ago, so I was excited when they wanted to do it again!

This was a "Prime Foundation Brush" from Michael Marcus ($20) that I received. I LOVE makeup brushes.  I did find this one a bit small for a foundation brush, but I started using it to apply makeup primer and love it! 

 

The sample I recieved was from Sorme and was a "Under Foundation Makeup Enhancer" which seems to be a primer, I have been on the hunt for the perfect foundation primer, so I'm excited to test this out!

 

 I also recieved a full size product from Sorme.  "Long Lasting Blush in Wild Rose." I LOVE this color. It is extremely pigmented.  It says you can also use it wet, which is interesting.  It definitely has a natural "blush" appearance. 

 

OMG I'M IN LOVE! This is the "Clear Brow Gel" by Billion Dollar Brows.($18)  I am SUCH a brow person, and absolutely love this.  It locks them in, without looking wet or crispy.  

 

The last full size product I recieved was a "LaBella Donna Liquid Eyeliner Pen in Black."($25) I'm honestly a little disappointed with this one. I honestly don't care for this style liner, and that could be my downfall.  I find that when you apply it, it can look dark, but you have to press harder to get a deep black, and that is just messy. It doesnt give me that crisp black line like my liquid liner does. BUT it is nice, as far as these go.

Fit Friday: Bskinz Review + Introducing Our First Weightloss Competition Sponser

This was my first "time of the month box" that I have tried.  But I love the idea.  Periods aren't very fun, and neither is having to purchase the products you need for it.  E-Sentials sends you an assortment of razors, pads, deodorant, and tampons, to you door each month.  They have different levels of plan that determines what will be included in your box.  My favorite part is that you can customize what you receive, just in-case you only use one or the other.

There are 3 different options.  

For $16 a month, you recieve 20 Pads/Tampons, 3 disposable razors, and deodorant.  

For $13 a month, you recieve 20 Pads/Tampons & 3 disposable razors.  

For $10 a month, you recieve 20 Pads/Tampons.

You have several choices for tampons and deodorant, but not pads.  I am not super picky, but I do hope they add more brands to choose from in the future.

My final thoughts-is that this box isn't a great value, it is more about convience, which I am totally okay with.

REVIEW: Bikeloot

This was the first company I got in contact with, when I decided to relaunch the blog, so I am pretty excited to finally do this review!

I am SO not an athlete or biker-but I am trying to get in shape, so I figured I would give this BikeLoot box a go!

This is a pretty awesome subscription box at only $9-$11 a month. I even have a coupon code for you-so check out the bottom of this post!

 

This box comes with an AMAZINGLY detailed information card..swoon! Especially since I am so not into the cycling-lingo.  The first thing I got was from Nibnaks.  These snacks are made from all-natural dried fruit, nuts, and seeds, YUMMO!

  

The next thing is Sportea. How awesome of an idea! It is used as an alternative to workout drinks-which typically contain tons of sugar.  There is also the energems...which appear to be like M&M but an energy booster...interesting concept. Will have to try and report back. They also sent me this awesome bag!

The last few products were a shine product for your bicycle, I dont, so I can pass this along to someone who does! I love the little bottle though, perfect for keeping in your backpack for on the go!I also recieved some Kool N Fit Pain Relieving Spray.  I have been having issues with my knee, and will totally be trying this out!

Review: Easy Canvas Prints

 This was by far one of my favorite reviews I have gotten to do so far!  I LOVE nesting and decorating, and jumped at the chance to review a beautiful canvas from easycanvasprints.com! 


We recieved a complimentary 8 x 10 canvas, and I am in LOVE.  I love our wedding pictures, and knew I wanted to use one of these.  I was so impressed with everything about this!



The customer service was amazing! They are so quick to answer!  I was surprised by the giant box that it came in, but it was so well wrapped and protected! This is something that will be displayed in our house for years to come! Check it out for yourselves! These would also make amazing gifts :)

I have heard the horror stories of what the aluminum in your deodorant can do to your body.  (I work in the body care industry.) Alzheimer's runs in my family, so I am more than willing to take all precautions to reduce my risk.
I have tried SO many brands of All-natural deodorant, and always end up going back to my toxin-filled junk, because I don't want to stink.  I have also tried a few that have immensely irritated my skin.  Having a rash on your pits is no bueno. 

I was super hesitant to try this-as I actually received it JUST after having a horrible reaction.  I had HUGE doubts about something only made of water & magnesium hydroxide.
Once I got some on my hand, I tried it on my hand first. Has such a strange texture, almost like corn starch and water.  But I figured I would give it a shot anyway..and I LOVE IT!
I am extremely OCD about smelling good.. and even have unnecessarily bought the clinical strength deodorants. I do like to pat on a little bit on deodorant powder (I use coconut from Lush, sadly being retired.)  But that is mainly because I like the scent. 


The idea behind this, was something that was safe for pregnant women to use, but of course anyone can use it!

I do have to add, that I prefer the roll-on, mainly for sanitary reasons.

REVIEW: Prize Candle + Happy New Year!

I absolutely LOVE this type of thing!  I have used the Diamond Candles before, and actually just recieved a few of those! I will be comparing the two.

I recieved a Prize Candle in the Blue Cypress scent.  I liked the scent at first, but as I burned it, It got a little overwhelming.
It is a soy candle, so it burns longer and stronger-which I am not used to, so that is probably why.  You NEED to get a scent that you LOVE. With that being said, this will literally burn FOREVER.


I recieved a cute little $10 ring in mine, I am not a huge fashion ring wearer-but It would make a really cute gift!

I think these types of candles are such a good deal.  This is the same if not more than you would pay at yankee candle, and you get the excitement of the ring too.  I honestly do have to say that I prefer Diamond Candle-because they are bigger for the same price.

REVIEW: Bandelettes

Bandelettes-The sexy way to prevent "Chub Rub."

I'd say pretty much every woman has thighs that touch-if you don't you are either 12, or you might need a sammich.  :)

I'd say the most important thing to ordering these is ordering the correct size. Their sizes range from A (21″ – 22″) to E (29″ – 30″). I should've ordered a size up!

These are actually quite comfy!  I don't know if I am brave enough to let them show-but I am a total dress girl..and I live in Florida. You can ONLY imagine what my thighs go through. UGH.

I have tried everything, nothing powder or cream seemed to work long term for me. 

Each pair is only $14.99 and they come in a variety of colors.  I choose black, because it goes with everything.

I HIGHLY suggest these for any dress girls like me, or even if you want to wear them under shorts!

REVIEW: Graze Box

Graze Box is a weekly or bi-weekly subscription that costs $6 per box, with free delivery. (I have a code for my readers where you can try it FREE) Right now, this service is very exclusive, and you have to have an invitation code to try-or be put on a waiting list.  Everytime someone new joins, they get 4 free codes to pass on, creating a chain!  I'm not sure how I feel about this approach, but hey, its not my servicew.





When you open the box, you get a cute welcome card, telling you about your box's contents.  I  love this, as it is a nice change to just straight info cards, and really ads a personal touch! I chose the Light Box, which is a healthy version.

Lightly Toasted Pistachios-"roasted pistachios with a touch of salt "- YUM! These were my favorite.  I LOVE pistachios, and they are SO expensive.

Tropical Daquiri-"pineapple, lime infused raisins and green mango"-No, just no.  I am not a dried fruit person. YUCK

The British Barbeque-"rosemary crostini, mini basil breadsticks, fiery seeds and smoked almonds"- I'll be perfectly honest, I gave this one away.  She liked it, just not for me

Rasberry and Coconut Muffin-"amaretti drops, raspberry infused cranberries, almond slices and coconut flakes"- Can I just get a whole box of these please?  This was my first thing to try, SO GOOD.  I had this for breakfast one more, and it was actually quite filling. Pretty Happy with it!

I would say at only $6 a box, this is a pretty stellar deal.  Even if I only ate two out of four choices,  That was still worth $3 a pop, when you think about how much snack sized foods costs.  I also don't have a microwave or fridge at work, so finding things I can take to eat at work are scarce.  I would just recommend putting the effort to go through and choose which ones you would like to try!
