2013 was such a crazy year, full of highs and lows. I moved states, had 3 different jobs, got hitched, lost two grandfathers, started blogging again, and completed a lot of College.
I haven't made any New Years Resolutions the past few years, because I never stick to them. I heard that if you tell people what you want to do, you are more likely to do it. So here it goes
My Resolutions:
Get healthier-not even just lose weight, but cook healthier for my family, and make us all be more active.
Be a Better Person-I think this should be at the top of everyone's list. I found this great graphic
-Love God more. There are some lyrics that I love-"Set a fire down in my soul, that I can't contain, that I can't control. I want more of you God."
-Be a Better Wife-I've come to realize that I can't control how my husband acts or feels, all I can control is my own actions. I have to be the best wife I can be :)
-Keep blogging. This has not been my first attempt at successful blogging, but this has definitely been my best try yet. Thanks to you!
-Be content. I don't mean with material things. But I need to be be okay with the house being a little dirty, and be okay with not being the perfect wife-homemaker on top of everything else.
This year will be hard to beat...I am excited to see 2014 try.
What are your 2014 resolutions?

So this is a little something different for me to review. I am really trying to expand my content for you guys!
One of my favorite things about this, is that it came SO FAST! I was really impressed, and that is extremely appriciated. I hate online shopping, because I want the product RIGHT THEN.
I do have a coupon code for you guys, so stay tuned until the end!
The website is really easy to navigate, which is also really important to me. Nothing is more frustrating than not being able to find the "contact" button. Especially if you are having an issue.
How it works: for $10/Month, you get a completely limited edition phone case, specific to the Phone Case of the Month company (Only 200 are made!) Each package also comes with another additional suprise like a tattoo, sticker, etc (Mine came with a button! So cute, and unexpected!) Also-thye just added samsung galaxy cases as well! They offer cases for:
iPhone 4/4s
iPhone 5/5s
Samsung Galaxy S3/S4
Here is was the site has to say about their cases.."We ship cases made of Poly Carbonate and ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) with a silicone coating for a soft to the touch feel. Sounds fancy huh? Printing is done using water transfer printing technology for a seamless edge to edge print. The cases are low profile and do not have a lip on the top edge of the phone. Bottom line is that we produce phone cases that feel good. We use our own product each and everyday and know what does and doesn't get in the way of using your phone."
And they weren't lying! I was really impressed with the quality of the case! I was a little confused about what the case I got was called, but that's not a huge deal. I believe it was called Love Birds.
...and what you have all been waiting for-coupon code: falling4you for $5 off your first month! At only $10/month, thats half off!

Therapearl Review + 2nd Weightloss Competition Sponsor
I have always had neck and back issues, so when Therapearl offered a review of their Neck Wrap I was all over it!
I was really impressed with the fact that you could use it hot OR cold! This is great when it has been recommended to alternate between the two!
You can see that it is shaped especially for the neck and shoulder area, so it stays on perfectly! It is also really easy to bend, even when its frozen!
"THERA°PEARL is the doctor-designed, drug-free way to relieve pain and inflammation associated with muscle strains and sprains, swelling from surgery, spa treatments and allergies, and a host of other pain-producing conditions. All natural, hypoallergenic and non-toxic, THERA°PEARL packs use an innovative Pearl Technology that absorbs and delivers heat and cold for the doctor recommended 20 minutes of highly effective therapy. Their dual action provides twice the therapeutic benefit in a single pack: users can start with ice to reduce swelling and bruising, then switch to heat for penetrating pain relief."
Therapearl is even giving me one of these guys to give away to a lucky winner! I think this is the PERFECT addition to an increase in exercise! Join our weight loss competition here to get a chance at this bad boy! Or get your own here

Day as the Terry's : Day Date
Nick and I actually had a Saturday off together, this never happens (I work retail), so we decided to take full advantage of it! We went to St. Augustine, and spent the day!
By the time we got there, we were both STARVING, so we ate at Al's Pizza. We've eaten there a time or two, but it was SO GOOD!
We got meatballs as an appatizer, but ate these way too quickly to take a picture, sorry. haha :)
For our meals-they have a great lunch deal, they were only $4.99! Nick got manicotti, and I got lasagna. YUM!
We walked around St. George St, and found some really cute magnets for the car! I am so happy that the weather was nice! We had a wonderful day :)

GIVEAWAY DAY 1! DeodoMom's Deodorant
Happy New Year from the Terry's!
January will be FULL of Giveaways! Here is a great one to start us off!
I have heard the horror stories of what the aluminum in your deodorant can do to your body. (I work in the body care industry.) Alzheimer's runs in my family, so I am more than willing to take all precautions to reduce my risk.
I have tried SO many brands of All-natural deodorant, and always end up going back to my toxin-filled junk, because I don't want to stink. I have also tried a few that have immensely irritated my skin. Having a rash on your pits is no bueno.
I was super hesitant to try this-as I actually received it JUST after having a horrible reaction. I had HUGE doubts about something only made of water & magnesium hydroxide.
Once I got some on my hand, I tried it on my hand first. Has such a strange texture, almost like corn starch and water. But I figured I would give it a shot anyway..and I LOVE IT!
I am extremely OCD about smelling good.. and even have unnecessarily bought the clinical strength deodorants. I do like to pat on a little bit on deodorant powder (I use coconut from Lush, sadly being retired.) But that is mainly because I like the scent.
The idea behind this, was something that was safe for pregnant women to use, but of course anyone can use it!
I do have to add, that I prefer the roll-on, mainly for sanitary reasons.

REVIEW: Bandelettes
Bandelettes-The sexy way to prevent "Chub Rub."
I'd say pretty much every woman has thighs that touch-if you don't you are either 12, or you might need a sammich. :)
I'd say the most important thing to ordering these is ordering the correct size. Their sizes range from A (21″ – 22″) to E (29″ – 30″). I should've ordered a size up!
These are actually quite comfy! I don't know if I am brave enough to let them show-but I am a total dress girl..and I live in Florida. You can ONLY imagine what my thighs go through. UGH.
I have tried everything, nothing powder or cream seemed to work long term for me.
Each pair is only $14.99 and they come in a variety of colors. I choose black, because it goes with everything.
I HIGHLY suggest these for any dress girls like me, or even if you want to wear them under shorts!

REVIEW: Graze Box
Graze Box is a weekly or bi-weekly subscription that costs $6 per box, with free delivery. (I have a code for my readers where you can try it FREE) Right now, this service is very exclusive, and you have to have an invitation code to try-or be put on a waiting list. Everytime someone new joins, they get 4 free codes to pass on, creating a chain! I'm not sure how I feel about this approach, but hey, its not my servicew.
When you open the box, you get a cute welcome card, telling you about your box's contents. I love this, as it is a nice change to just straight info cards, and really ads a personal touch! I chose the Light Box, which is a healthy version.
This is also a really customizable box. There are over 90 snack choices, and you can go through and choose if you would like to try them or not, and after you've recieved your box, you can also say if you liked it or not.
This is what my box looked like-
Lightly Toasted Pistachios-"roasted pistachios with a touch of salt "- YUM! These were my favorite. I LOVE pistachios, and they are SO expensive.
Tropical Daquiri-"pineapple, lime infused raisins and green mango"-No, just no. I am not a dried fruit person. YUCK
The British Barbeque-"rosemary crostini, mini basil breadsticks, fiery seeds and smoked almonds"- I'll be perfectly honest, I gave this one away. She liked it, just not for me
Rasberry and Coconut Muffin-"amaretti drops, raspberry infused cranberries, almond slices and coconut flakes"- Can I just get a whole box of these please? This was my first thing to try, SO GOOD. I had this for breakfast one more, and it was actually quite filling. Pretty Happy with it!
I would say at only $6 a box, this is a pretty stellar deal. Even if I only ate two out of four choices, That was still worth $3 a pop, when you think about how much snack sized foods costs. I also don't have a microwave or fridge at work, so finding things I can take to eat at work are scarce. I would just recommend putting the effort to go through and choose which ones you would like to try!
Coupon code time! NEWMRSSNACKS Use this for your first box free-Amazing news is you can also cancel at anytime!
Please let me know if you decide to check it out, and what you think!

“Welcome to Graze! Here are a couple of things we’d like you to know: Graze is all about healthy snacking, so we think it’s best to keep your box close at hand. That way, you can beat those 3pm junk food cravings with a perfect portion of something that will taste good and do you good. As you snack, you can rate your favorite foods online. It only takes a few minutes and it’s the best way to make sure you get the boxes that are just right for you. Enjoy your first Graze Box.”

REVIEW: Project Diy Subscription Box
Project DIY is a DIY craft subscription box, where they provide the materials needed to create your own jewelry and accessories. Each month has a theme, the one I recieved was Joan of Arc.
I am not extremely crafty, but I was super happy with how the pieces turned out, I've even worn the necklace a few times!
Since this was my first month, I recieved a starter kit($20 value.) You NEED these tools to do the projects, and they are wonderful quality. I was super surprised with this addition!
This is what each little envelop looks like. Each project comes in its own package, which is nice if you aren't doing them at the same time, also so you can keep track of what goes with what.
Here is the inside of the necklace package. There was a bag with wire, and the necklace chain in it. The other had the gems and rings. My main complaint about this is that you have to download their app to get the instructions. It is a smart marketing move, but a little annoying on the consumer end.
These were the items for the bracelet. One other small complaint. You used the glue on both projects, but you only got one syringe. Again, what if I wanted to do them separately? The gold cuff was a little snug on me, but it is also bendable. I love that it came in this little pouch, so it didn't get scratched. Nice addition!
Here is my instagram photo of the finished projects. It took me about 30 minutes to complete both, and I left them to dry overnight. Both projects were pretty easy to complete. The biggest thing was the tube beads on the sides of the necklace. I am so proud of my jewelry! This is a GREAT gift idea!
The coupon code I have is PROJECT20. You can recieve 20% off your first month's box!

This is the kind of packaging I long for! Companies, take note! There is nothing better than product that comes in a nice, protective box. I HATE envelopes, with a passion.

REVIEW: Murad's Rapid Age Spot and Pigment Lightening Serum
Whew! Isn't that a mouthful?

This product is called "the environmental shield." It has 2% of Hydoquinone, which is the maximum level without a prescription. It also has a lightening peptide, Hexapeptide-2, which helps correct existing damage, and help prevent future damage.
I have seen other reviews on this product, and most had better results. I blame it on my sensitive skin.
I was quickly disappointed.
I used the product for 4 days (it was recommended for 7-10) My skin could only make it through 4. It worked fine the first 2 days. I noticed some irritation on the 3rd night, but holy batman the 4th night sealed the deal. I did my normal night routine (Lush products), and applied this product before my moisturizer. As soon as the product hit my skin, instant burning. I used Lush's 9 to 5 cleansing lotion to remove it, and soothe my skin. My skin is now HORRIBLY broken out. I haven't used the products in 4 days, and my skin is just now starting to clear up. My skin is pretty sensitive, but acne and breakouts are not a usual issue for me. I think the issue is that my skin can't handle the chemicals. That's why I stick with Lush's skin care products. I have found what works for my skin, and apparently can't steer away from that. I will be passing this onto someone who has these issues, but not sensitive skin, and will update soon!
This product costs $60.00, and is available on Murad.com, sephora, ulta, and leading salon and spa locations.
